ALWA Industrial Inc. is the parent company of Hsandy Strong Industrial was founded in 1984 in Taichung, Taiwan. We started producing components for the window covering industry in 1986. We now manufacture and ship products to companies throughout the world. We are dedicated to producing the finest quality products at competitive prices and we have achieved this through hard work, innovative product design, and efficient production methods.

At our factory in Taichung, Taiwan, we do injection molding, tooling, assembly, as well as developing new products through innovative research and development. We run production 24 hours per day with injection molding machine that are equipped with robot "pickers" to increase our production efficiency. By producing the components in-house, we have a great deal of control over the quality of the parts. Our experienced technician performs quality checks every hour and maintains strict quality control to insure the parts are being made to required specifications. In addiction, periodic inspections are performed during production runs. Parts are sent to quality control stations where all critical dimensions are checked and they are assembled and tested to insure they are performing and functioning properly and are made to the required specifications.

At our factory in Qingxi, China, we specialize in faux wood and PVC extrusion, ready-made blind production, and component assembly. In order to control the quality of our PVC and Faux Wood production, we compound the material ourselves at the factory. Testing is conducted daily which includes heat resistance as well as UV fade resistance. Our Faux Wood has been tested by SGS for 300 hours and 500 hours UV testing. In addition, our material is approved for NFPA-701 fire retardant standard and is a "no lead" formula. The manufacturing processes we have include Extrusion, Injection Molding, PVC Compounding, UV Coating, Rolling Forming, Stamping, Component Assembly, Blind Assembly, Blind Assembly, and Packaging.

Our company philosophy centers on the idea that quality cannot be inspected into a product at the end of a production line. Quality must be throughout the production process. Our method is to integrate quality throughout the production process to ensure that the finished product is made correctly from start to finish.
